How to edit SQlite DB concurrently with CartoDB and QGIS

If you want to update SQlite/Spatialite DB concurrently with QGIS and TileMill load the SQlite file first into TileMill, locate the file which TileMill creates when importing and choose this one for editing in QGIS.
