An interactive tool and a library to georeference images using free and open source software.

Use Cases

• load, edit and save georeferenced KML
• import a world file with its corresponding image
• export a world file
• generate a 'background map' from Google Maps (Static Maps API), Yahoo Maps or !OpenStreetMap (tiles-at-HOME)
